- Languages4londonSchools uniquely has ongoing quality control in place for all its teachers. This perpetually gives our teachers the planning and behaviour management support they greatly value, and reassures our schools of our high standards. Our responsibilities to exemplary pedagogy come first. Before anything.
- Languages4londonSchools never deploy teachers without seeing them teach a specimen lesson first. This ensures our teachers are fully ready and equipped for the work that they will undertake, and reassures our schools that every teacher has complied with our standards.
- Languages4londonSchools operates training courses, and looks after our teachers well. We’re deeply involved in Continuous Professional Development, committed to helping the government to achieve its target of providing foreign language provision for all children - even those at primary school.
- Languages4londonSchools is alone in this highly-specialist niche. There are lots of teaching agencies. Hundreds. But the vast majority are generalists. They act as middlemen in the placement of teachers of every discipline from PE to Special Educational Needs. As a consequence such agencies will always be a little in the dark regarding what schools need in respect of languages and whether their teachers can fulfil those needs. But we’re different.
